Care

Location
Succulents are fond of a sunny location, but partial shade is also fine. If they receive too little light and too much water, the plants become spindly.

Watering and manuring

The plants require sandy soil which drains well and limited amounts of water. If the plants stand too long in badly drained soil, root rot may easily occur. It is recommended to re-pot succulents every 3 to 4 years into a pot which is a bit bigger. During the summer, adding fertiliser once a month is sufficient.

Temperature

The ideal temperature during the winter is between 10 and 15°C.
