Flowering time

The flowering time is from December to March. Some plants may begin to bloom at other times, and the reason for this has not been revealed to date. It is also possible that the stem of the flower appears but the flowers do not develop further on the stem. The reason for this is the lack of sunlight during the winter months in our part of the world. For the same reason, obtaining seed from an Aloe is very difficult. The available pollen is usually of very poor quality, which means that pollination cannot take place.
